Returns and complaints

You have 30 days to return a product without giving a reason. A faulty product can be claimed under warranty.

30-day returns

By law, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. At Fudicia we extend this to 30 days from receiving the parcel.

Write to us through the contact form with your order number.
Send the product back unchanged, in its original packaging if possible.
You will get your money back within 14 days of us receiving the parcel, using the same payment method.

For hygiene reasons, products delivered in sealed packaging that was opened after delivery cannot be returned (Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

Complaints

We are responsible for the product's conformity with the contract for 2 years from delivery. We handle complaints within 14 days. Describe the problem and attach photos in the contact form.
